If you are interested in holding a family or company picnic, Tilden Rodgers Sports Complex  (located at 825 North Airport Road) offers many opportunities for your family or business.  Rodgers Complex  has several baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, 1 mile walking track, two pavilions and an eight acre fishing pond.  The pond is stocked by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

Pavilions can be rented for $75.00 each, per day.  Each pavilion is located next to the eight acre pond and has group cooking grills, play area, volleyball area, two horseshoe pits and plenty of parking.

We have several parks located throughout  West Memphis that can also be used for activities.

Park Rules and Regulations

Tilden Rodgers Park

The City of West Memphis welcomes you to your public parks and hopes your experience is an enjoyable one. 
In order to assure your visit is safe and enjoyable for all park patrons,
we ask that you adhere to the following Park Rules and Regulations:

Operating hours:

March 1 to October 31 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
November 1 to February 28  7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
No park use after hours
Times may vary due to special events or at the Parks Department discretion.

Park Rules

  • Vehicles are restricted to designated roads and parking areas only.  No parking on premises after the park is closed.

  • Motorized vehicles permitted on paved roads only.  No parking or driving on grass or walking track.

  • The speed limit is 10 miles per hour on all roads in the park.

  • No alcoholic beverages allowed on park property.

  • No dumping or littering on park property.

  • All pets must be on a leash or tether at all times.

  • No unauthorized weapons or firearms allowed on park property.

  • Fireworks are prohibited with the exception of special events/with approval from the West Memphis Fire Department.

  • No concerts unless authorized bye the West Memphis Parks Commission.

  • No swimming allowed in lake.

  • No boats allowed in park without written permission from the West Memphis Parks Department.

  • Fires are allowed in bar-b-que grills only.

  • Fishing is allowed with all Arkansas Games & Fish rules and regulations strictly enforced.

  • Removal of any City property is strictly prohibited.

  • Disturbing habitat of animals is prohibited.

  • Park Pavilions:  Pavilions are available on a first come first serve basis Monday thru Friday free of charge. On WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS the pavilions are rented for a fee.  Scheduling is handled through the Directors office    870-732-7610.

  • Please place all trash and litter in trashcans.
